THE REVIEW:

First smell of the jar and it’s nothing but earthiness, mints and a ton of sweet skunks. Oh baby I’m in love!

Under a pure white light it’s looking like it’s sprayed with sugar up the inside.All i see is white, amber and light green. It’s like artwork!

The taste is even better than the smell, holy cow! It’s like eating roses and skunks with a mint to wash it all down.

Its a bit leafy almost like greenhouse or too many plants not enough lights but, that doesn’t even matter when it’s this potent, smelly and tasty. honestly!

From the looks of it this part of that leafiness is most likely attributed to the fact this is a very sativa dominant og strain. It was in the indica section but when it’s this wispy and elongated and the dome heads are this perfect; it screams sativa dominant. I mean og kush is sativa dominant by nature. So go figure!

One hit of this will put you to the moon, it’s got an extremely heavy head high, i’d classify this at about 70% sativa and 30%indica. my eyes burn, i’m seeing trails and i have a super feeling of well being. it’s all evened out by a mellow body high from the indica.

I highly recommend this to any patient seeking a tasty and potent og strain. From one pot snob to the next!!! much love!

SOUR GRAPE – ICOC – 11/13/2010

Wow, this sour grape from ICOC reminds me of crystals holding together pieces of bud. Yeah, it’s that white and snowy covered bud we all search the earth for!

Upon opening the jar i pick up a heavy scent of black licorice, peppers and floral. Reminds me a lot of “The Goo” strain.

The smell alone alerts my receptors in the brain that I’m about to get really high. Next time in the shop ask the bud tender to pop this top for ya and smell for yourself! That’s one of the smell’s of potency in my opinion!

The bud formation is that of mini Xmas tree’s almost similar to a haze or a breath.

It’s in the middle between dense and fluffy. Just how perfect medical nugs should be!

The smoke is smooth and the taste comes through 100%; it’s been cured and dried with care.

The flavor is pine, floral, licorice with a light grape after taste.

The high feels like a hybrid to me. Maybe 50/50 indica and sativa. it’s hard to tell I’ve had 10 sour grapes this year and all 10 were totally different. kushits.com This is one of the best easily on my top 3 of best sour grapes ever to touch these lips!

O.G. SKYWALKER — Indica Dominant OG Hybrid — 11/13/2010

Strain: OG Skywalker
Genetics: Indica Dominant hybrid
Lineage: (Mazar x blueberry) x O.G.

Under a pure white light this skywalker appears light orange, light green, yellow, amber and white. The orange hair’s have a pink hue to them and look like they were cross stitched into the swollen calyx’s and bubbling or billowing type bud structure.

The smell is quiet unique as well. It’s minty, smokey, earthy, skunky and sweet with a tad bit of sour fume.

The bud looks and Feels dense but it easily breaks away and turns to soft sticky goodness like an OG cut would! This definitely leans way on the OG side of the mix. In fact if i were to take a shot in the dark based on structural appearance, the fumes/sour overtones and the extreme heavy sativa effect i would say this plant has some headband or sour d in it’s lineage; Most likely introduced from the OG side….

Once again this has been dried and cured properly as I’ve come to expect with ICOC over the last 4 or 5 years. Proper drying and curing is crucial for a good looking, proper tasting, extra smooth, perfectly potent and extremely aromatic medical grade marijuana.

The high feels a little more on the sativa side than indica. My built in meter is telling me 60% sativa by the feel of things. To me that’s a perfect ratio anyway, it’s balanced. You get the focused, cerebral and sometimes psychedelic stoned effect from the sativa and just as much lethargic, couch locked, pain numbing body high and sleep inducing effect from the Indica.

The high lasts about 45 minute’s and really induced a heavy appetite during that time.

I highly recommend this from one patient to another seeking well grown, top shelf A+ meds.

JACK HERER (sativa) 11-10-2010

Strain: Jack Herer
Lineage: 3-way hybrid of Skunk #1, Northern Lights #5 and Haze (similar to super silver haze)

Review:

I cant tell which end of this bud is up or down, the stems are so tiny and the buds are so fat it’s impossible to tell. Crystallized blobs, billowing clouds of thc crystals??? I’m not sure how to explain the bud structure on this so I classify it as “TOTALLY AWESOME”.

It’s perfectly dried and cured yet remains sticky from the above average THC content. The cure is obvious on this from the pale green leaves depleted of harsh chlorophyll and sugars. The crystals also pop to the naked eye, not to mention the taste is strong and smoke is smooth as silk.

The smell and taste is fresh Ginger, Lemons, skunk and pine sol.

The high is very focused, cerebral and energetic. It’s got a heart racing effect to it, i should have waited until morning to sample this but I’m like a kid with a cookie jar.

This is definitely the true pheno of jack herer. I’ve been lucky enough to see it from jacks farm in LA twice and this matches up perfectly.
